Finally we got some good food around these parts, and let me tell you the Good Lord has blessed this man with the ability to create the best BBQ I have had this side of the Mason Dixon line. The wood is good my friends. I am a brisket man myself, and man he does it right, tender, juicy, nice dry rub of pepper. It passed my test, which is - do you eat the mixed up bits with the juices that are left on the plate after the meal... with this stuff, HECK yeah you do. I will say the BBQ sauce, the beans, and even the slaw have a unique home made flavor to them. I have yet to try the other stuff, but I will. It's really nice to finally have a take out place near me that is truly something special, let alone my favorite genre of food. And it's oh so sweet. I'd go on but I just had a half rack of those tasty ribs and I need a nap. I'll be coming back for more!”
