Great Place! Best Dumplings, worth the wait. Plan to come earlier then expecting to eat, put your name in with the host and grab a drink at the bar or a place near by.
I'm not from the city, but when I visit I always go here. The food is amazing, not just a restaurant but a destination location. The whole menu is amazing but the soup dumplings bring tears to my eyes. The whole menu is awesome. Now the bad part. Seems everyone in NYC knows how good it is. They don't take reservations so you must plan your visit. Either arrive right when they open, or plan for a couple hour wait. You just have to game it. But it is worth waiting.
Delicious food, with a mix of the traditional and innovative. The crispy beef and the bbq duck fried rice were definitely worth a taste. Heads up that it's a tad on the pricier side.
This restaurant is amazing. I’m often very judge mental of Asian fusion places, but this restaurant has mastered it. I love coming here and always recommend it to friends.
It’s a small place, so get there early to get good seats.
Imaginative and playful take on some classic dim sum. Really do try the crispy bass skin. It is awesome. The dumplings are perfectly steamed. Right in that cusp of doneness where it's not overdone. If you're not from NYC (I live in the UK) try the pastrami egg roll. It's amazing and is about as local as you get.
