Bus Stop Cafe

Cosy neighborhood joint filled with regulars and locals. Very quiet and non scene. Come here for good, not fancy food. Their hamburgers and fries are perfection.

UPDATE:

Sadly, the hamburgers and fries have dipped in quality - they went to cheaper, more pedestrian, buns and the fries are still sometimes great, but often hit or miss. I didn't take away a star because these are only a small part of the menu, but it's a slippery slope that is concerning :/

Fantastic little cafe/restaurant! We stopped on here for brunch on a cold winter morning, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious (had eggs benedict and some fries) and wasn't insanely expensive like most breakfast places in the area. The atmosphere was super welcoming and cozy, and the staff were all very friendly.

Went here every morning for breakfast for the four days I was in NYC and loved it. The service was excellent with ice cold water given as soon as a I sat down and coffee refills (something that's not heard of back in the UK). The food was equally as good everything from the omelets to the waffles were so filling I often didn't need to eat till late in the afternoon.

The Turkey dinner was exceptional.
Service was amazing and the place was nice and cozy. This is the place to be!

We love the Bus Stop Cafe great food great service great location. During the nice weather to can eat Al Fresco. Haven't been disappointed with any of their items on the menu. If it's just a salad that someone is in the mood for or a pasta dish or even a roast chicken it's always delicious at the Bus Stop Cafe. Owners are usually on location at dinner time and make you feel welcomed into their restaurant. Staff is attentive to the customers. Portions are just right sometimes you have something to take home. Overall we always enjoy ourselves at the Bus Stop Cafe.
