I went here for a T-Mobile tursday $3.27 Chicken special with 2 sides that they usually charge $9.80 for. I must say the meal was delicious but portion was less than satisfactory. Fortunately, there is a Dallas BBQ across the street and if you're hungry, which is comparable food and a better value for food especially if you want alcohol with your food. The trade off is if you want to tip for service which you won't have to at Boston Market.
Great place for large groups to go. They have a basement dedicated just to seating (though it is currently being renovated) in addition to the seating upstairs. A group of 10 will have no issues getting seating and the pricing is great if you split the family meals. While no main courses are vegetarian, there are enough side options that a vegetarian can be satisfied.
Delicious food, so so service. I think employees should have fun at work, but include the customer. I was more of an afterthought....i only got eye contact at the very end.
This was the first time we had heat & serve Thanksgiving. I can honestly say it was really good.
The ordering and pick up service was easy.
Everything was really good except for the cranberry relish. Amazing ham, spinach dip, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, and vegetable stuffing. Overall we love Boston Market for their chicken and macaroni so this was a treat. We will do this again.
They now have a decent Prime Rib Steak for $16 on WED, FRI and SUN.
They start serving this at 5 PM and they are all gone by 6:30 pm.
For the price, you can;t go wrong at BM. I like the 23rd St location because it is steps from the A/C Subways. Although in Chelsea, where you can see trendies on the boulevard, the crowd is mostly retirees on budgets and other less savory characters on occasion. Still, the food is edible, sides diverse and soda or tea unlimited. Try it, you will like it.
