It's a fun place to be. It's great for those first dates or whenever you are trying to gauge how much video games the other person can withstand. Good drinks, decent food. A bit too loud for actual conversation though.
Me and my friends came here to celebrate our friend's birthday and we had such a great time. It wasn't to crowded (This was a Monday night) in the game room or dining room. I would suggest the workers watch the Dance Dance Revolution machine. There were a trio of boys that completely hogged it to themselves. I hardly saw other people playing/going against each other. We had a lovely waitress, her name was Ashley and she had blonde dreads, that was extremely nice. She checked up on us, got our orders right. She has a very cheerful energy. I love! Oh and LADIES the bathroom was amazingly clean (hallelujah). Will be back again and again.
I don’t have too much negative feedback on this location.
You have to deal with the wait time and the somewhat slow service sometimes just because it’s in the prime of Times Square. Hundreds, if not thousands of people are in & out of the complex. Overall the food is great, the service is good considering how many people eat here.
They have coat check available, not sure how much though.
The games are always entertaining! Plus a bar located in the game section also.
Tends to be crowded but it's the only D&B in NYC and it's in Times Square so the crowds are to be expected. A lot of the games malfunction and the staff isn't responsive to putting up "out of order" signs when requested. The wait staff is overall average but I also noticed their assigned tables seem way too spread out. With all that said, the drinks are top notch (strawberry watermelon margarita is heavenly) and the food is surprisingly good for a chain restaurant/bar (try the dip trio, pictured, or just about any appetizer). I always order the sampler platter which is meant for 5 people and eat it all alone. ????
