Good service, we were waited on quickly and food came out promptly. Prices are good. The place is cute too. Only minus was our pasta was a little undercooked but the pizza and soup were delicious.
Traditional Italian food. The place is very pleasant and warm. Please ask for a wine recommendation
The Bolognese was barely OK, hence only 3 stars despite the nice service. You can't be a top rated Italian restaurant without doing better on the basics, sorry!
Went for an evening meal. The place was busy (went there around 7pm) and there was quite a buzz. Place is Rustic (chic talk for could do with a lick of paint) but it's nice. Wouldn't enthuse but would happily go back again. Food was nice. Service OK
After visiting liberty island, we decided to try this place out. Right away we got weird looks, felt a bit judge because we weren't dressed "fancy". But anyway, we got seated right away, took a while for someone to come take our order ( even though there was no one else in the restaurant & the waiters were just hanging out), but the food came out fairly quickly. Pasta was pretty great. Overall an ok place. But probably dress nice to get better service.
