    Friendly staff best deli on the island

    Always greeted with a smile and a hello. A bit pricey, but food is great.

    Bread and Butter Market is a nice, tasty mini-market and deli on Roosevelt Island's Main Street.

    A friend recommended their Marvelous panini (Boar's Head Buffalo chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, turkey bacon, avocado and ranch dressing. Served on a pressed European flat bread) and I was not disappointed.

    Service was a bit slow- it took somewhere between 10 to 15 minutes to get my food. But again, it was tasty and well worth it.

    Recommended for lunch on Roosevelt Island!

    #1 Bacon egg and cheese ????, and the halal platter is DELICIOUS. Free delivery! Love it . And if your vegan try the falafels and veggie burgers.Excellent prices for being on a secluded island in NYC.
