Excellent amenities. Very friendly and thoughtful service. Luxury details throughout. Great concierge. Complementary Tesla car service for transport. Wonderful food quality for room service. Made my husband's birthday a delight. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in NYC.

Incredible Hotel, you end up happy to have spent your money which clearly is the sign of a perfect customer experience.
It is nice to be in a hotel that clearly makes efforts towards sustainability. Another great surprise was to see that they offer the Impossible Burger at their restaurant Jam's !
As vegetarians it really was an amazing surprise for our stay in NYC.

Room service is really convenient, comes by often and you can choose privacy or call for room service via a simple button inside the room.

I've read about heat issues but let me say that I can hardly believe that, we stayed in January during a snowy weather and it was all warm and cosy in the room.

Don't hesitate to use the Tesla drop off, better than using a petrol engine for that trip to the shops :)

Pretty Happy with the stay. The only thing is the room is a bit too small & too dark to read and there is no desk lamp available. The general services is great, the in room dining restaurant is very good. Also there is a car available to drop the guest within 15 blocks complimentary while you can’t really book it.

Even though it’s my first time staying in the hotel, it’s a wonderful concept they have built in their hotel. Green, green, green! That’s the concept they’re going for, and even though I’m not all for it, in this hotel they have shown perfection. Incredible staff, incredible room style, beautiful view over looking Central Park from my room. Definitely would come back again and again!

I absolutely LOVE this hotel. The location is perfect: in midtown steps away from Central Park. The staff is tremendous: knowledgeable, helpful, and always there with a friendly smile. The rooms are gorgeous and the emphasis on sustainability is something that we should all get behind: a business model that needs to be replicated across the hospitality space. The shower is the best I’ve come across at any hotel, anywhere in the world. After a lovely long run in Central Park I could have luxuriated for hours in the shower. Best of all it is affordable for either personal or business travel.
