Gazala’s

Restaurant looks nice and it is a nice place with a bar. We ordered falafel as the appetizer. It was not the best, seemed like it was made prior and frozen and then fried after thawing.
Shawarma hummus was okay but preferred if it came with fresh pita.
Lamb kebab was bland and the rice was also bland I did not like it.
Service was friendly and nice. Food could have been better though.

Great food and great atmosphere. Beautiful and quiet enough to hear your friends. The Gazala plate is a delicious sampling of the appetizers. Salads very tasty and the chicken kebab was very nice. Friendly and helpful servers.

Food took a little while but otherwise very good. I recommend the red snapper and the chicken kebabs. Very good.

Where the 1 Star comes from ? Very good restaurant, A must go if you never had middle east food before. I will come back for sure. Reasonable price, good offer on lunch specials. Good job, we will see each other again ;)

The Hell's Kitchen location was one of our favorite NYC restaurants. Now they opened a bigger location right by us with an expanded menu! The food is incredible, the staff is awesome, the prices are great, what more can you ask for?

I'm not the only one who thinks so, Eater included the Hell's Kitchen location as one of their 38 essential New York restaurants. Well deserved.
