A quaint Polish diner across the street,, diagonal to Veselka. Not much room inside for dining in but the food is worth it. Pricing is the best for all the food they serve you.

B&H Dairy no-frills diner serving up comfort foods in the heart. B&H offers up a menu of kosher eats, vegetarian items, grilled foods, and more. the setup is has that old-school diner feel—diner bar seating overlooking the grill and a good amount of small tables from front to back. space is tight but used efficiently.

while there are a lot of ways to enjoy your calories at B&H, the overstuffed sandwiches are where it’s at, in my book. picked up a hot whitefish melt sandwich with cheddar cheese on a freezing cold night and it hit the spot. this is a grilled sandwich—creamy flavored whitefish salad, melty cheddar cheese, sandwiches between two fluffy toasted pieces of challah bread. there’s so much comfort crammed into this sandwich that it is so satisfying against the backdrop of frosty winter. you can’t go wrong with the sandwiches at B&H. whitefish melt, $10 + tax + tip

the staff is really nice and accommodating. tip them well.

WOW! Absolutely delicious and I couldn't even finish my massive plate of food. You must try this place! The near unbelievably low prices are just the bonus on top.

This is THE spot for blintzes, pierogis, and Jewish staples. They’re a vegetarian spot with a ton of classics and some unique options too. The food is so delicious (their blintzes are an obsession of mine) and the restaurant itself has perfect old school charm. The space is small, the cook at the behind the counter flat top grill can reach the counter seating and even the tables to hand you your food. It’s a no frills spot that continues to serve up amazing food with really great people working there.

Friendly staff and love the environment. The tuna melt is second to none. It’s obviously a popular place but worth the wait.
