Amazing, proper super delicious Punjabi food. A must visit place and keep visiting again and again kind of restaurant. We loved everything we ate there, plus staff was so nice and friendly and caring. Everything fits perfectly. There is not a single negative thing I can say about this place, it was that perfect.
Numerous vegetarian and vegan options. The food was really yummy and delicious.. A great relief after roaming around new York for the whole day. My whole family enjoyed it immensely. I would definitely recommend this place and come again if I am in town.😋
This place is a hidden gem in the midtown. Food was fresh and flavorful with a perfect spice level. Service was excellent. They checked on us regularly. Some reviewers have called this place small but I would probably call it cozy. We were four adults and had an amazing experience. We didn't feel bloated like people usually do after eating Indian food. Great location, polite people, quick service. I recommend it for a delightful treat to your palate.
While the seating arrangement may feel a bit cramped or tight fitted… they absolutely make up for it with excellent service and on the dot/authentic Indian cuisine. I was able to experience this restaurant with my girlfriend who is rather new to Indian cuisine, but she was very very satisfied with the quality and quantity in what they served. I highly recommend the chili paneer appetizer atop of virtually any other main course. NYC is packed to the brim with food options and fine dining, but we are both very grateful to have started these post pandemic trips with this particular choice of cuisine. Stay well y’all and definitely check this place out :)
We were lucky to choose this place tonight! Small restaurant providing great big flavor, convenient in midtown. Intimate seating that reminds you how great we have it pre/post pandemic. It was more than worth the short wait to be seated during the dinner rush.
The menu is very well laid out with great descriptions of their dishes, divided into different sections that make it easy for all with different diets to make informed selections. The prices are great for the serving size. There is an excellent variety of familiar dishes along with new-to-us choices that really all sounded very good.
The service here is kind and welcoming. All of the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We really appreciated their graciousness, including being offered some delicious Vegetable Korma. The staff were attentive and seem quick to make any issue right. However, we had not a single issue except whether we should try to eat every last bite or take it home!
