The Ellington

Deserves many more stars than 5. This place is my favorite spot in New York. It is the one place in NY that I can have great food, great service, without an elitist vibe. The decoration is lovely and the staff is kid friendly.

This place was lovely.. I love the new location and new look. The food was great, our server was sweet and attentive.. my friend and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a super pleasant evening.

Overall it’s a good restaurant. The menu isn’t anything super interesting or unique, but it’s a good comfortable spot. I was surprised at how well done the simple things on the menu were, like the Caesar salad. The service was also good and the host was wonderful. It’s a fine spot for your standard food items but not somewhere to go for a “special” food experience. I would recommend coming for a safe comfortable meal.

Had the most amazing dinner experience at The Ellington, the food and drinks were excellent! Most importantly the service provided by Taylyn and the rest of the staff was exceptional. Definitely recommend this place and I plan on going back soon!

Very good food. I don’t think I’d put 5 stars on the food but the overall experience including service and ambiance is what makes it 5 stars. Nice for a bite and a drink but not the very top of my list. I enjoyed it but wouldn’t return.
