“My husband and I are so excited to see that there’s new pizza place opening in New Hartford. It’s pretty sad this pizza chain has better pizza than most Utica pizzerias that claim an Italian heritage or Italian descendants. My husband loves all meat pizza where I enjoy having meat and vegetables on my pizza. We recommend the build your own pizza so you can get whatever toppings you want for the same price. They make the pizza fast and the crews are super friendly. Highly recommend this place.”

“Place is awesome. Use the app to order pickup and got enough bonus points to get a free sub on the second visit. Also free sub on your birthday!! Subs are not huge by any any means, but there a perfect size to finish in one sitting and me be full. Inside restaurant is clean and bright. Fountain drink selection could be better, just Pepsi products. Check em out!!!!”

“My family of four went here for the first time and we enjoyed it a lot. The kids created their own pizzas and were treated to a make your own sundae for dessert. They loved it. The server (Abby) was amazing. She checked all the boxes of a great server. We did have a little hiccup as the deep dish pizza was somehow not cooked on time, so we ended up eating in shifts. The kids got their pizzas, then my burger came, followed by her pizza. The manager did let us know that a mistake happened and offered us a free dessert. We are all human and mistakes happen, but too often places refuse to acknowledge a mistake. Just letting us know why there was a delay made it much better. We will for sure be back!”

“Food is always good, hot, and delicious. The employees are great here also. Place is clean and family friendly. There is a bar attached but does not interfere with the restaurant area. They are always busy on Tuesday's as they run a slice of pizza for a dollar all day. But this is the only time you may find a line and that you may have to wait, other than that service is quick. There are alot of other specials ran through out the week and they have other coupons available. Stop in and give them a try. I think you will be glad you did.”

“We had the best waiter. He was very attentive. Checked on us multiple times. He brought us refills on our drinks without us even asking! He was well informed on the menu! We told the girl at the front desk how wonderful he was. It is nice to see a young man who takes helping his customers so seriously. I don't have his name but he was young and had short blonde hair. Thank you young man for some of the best waiter service we ever had!!!”
