“My husband and I have ordered from Utica for over the past year, since we where in the area this weekend we swung in to have some fresh drinks and grab some coffee for home. I was unaware that they didn't carry the 5lb bags in store, but when asked the lovely ladies there where on it! The team lead there went in back and brought me out what they could spare for their blueberry coffee then ground it fresh for me before leaving. Was it 5 lbs, no. Was it 3 lbs of our favorite coffee that I got to drink the next morning, yes! Everyone at the shop was so happy and willing to go over different drinks, definitely recommend the twilight lotus iced tea! Great coffee, great employees, and great service. We will never stop supporting this brand!”

We had a great time talking about our mutual Navy experiences while the food was cooking, enjoyed a great breakfast in a back-home atmosphere. The process of ordering is unique and efficient, projecting a make-yourself-at-home feeling. This is a huge diner in a deceptively small package. Anyplace that is a local favorite, such as this, as judged by the clientele, has to be good. This will be a must-stop anytime I visit the North Country. “Wouldn't 100% recommend just because our cake for our October wedding was supposed to be two different flavors and it was only one. That was super disappointing- me and my husband even went back and checked and our order did definitely state each tier to be a different flavor but the entire cake was just one. It was the flavor we liked the most too that was missing and we had told our guests how delicious and amazing the coconut cake was and wait till they tried it- but then all night they all just asked wheres the coconut cake 🤦♀️🤷♀️ (It was delicious really the cake they make is incredible) Also seemed to be alot of mis communication with staff on what we did/didnt get included in our package for dessert. Everytime we spoke to someone it was a different answer. First it was we got 4 flavor cupcakes included then it changed to one then one point they tried to tell us we got none included so was very confusing to deal with. Ended up as one flavor cupcake included which was very delicious we got the smores! Overall though the cake itself was very delicious and beautiful and looked exactly how we wanted 😁”

“Amazing hot chocolate. Tasty food, but hard to tell the size/portion you will get when ordering. I ordered a caprese salad for lunch. It was delicious, but I didn't realize it was the size of a coffee saucer ( basically 2 rows of tomato and cheese on a saucer with balsamic drizzle). I ended up sharing my mom's nachos, which were also tasty. There was also some inaccuracies in how our food came out. My husband ordered the wedge salad and specifically asked for no balsamic. The same person who took our order made our food ( you can see into their prep area), and his salad came out covered in balsamic. They did remake it when it was brought to their attention, but seemed confused at the request. Perhaps a ticket system of some kind would help with that communication. The place itself is beautiful and relaxing. There is very little noise, and there is no push to turn tables. I would go back and try again.”
