“Stopped here to redeem my Dunkin Perks "free birthday beverage" via the drive-thru..I could not get app to open up, so went inside so I would not hold up the drive thru line, finally got app open to find my "free beverage" was no longer in app. Despite the comedy of errors, the employee was polite, patient and just so nice. The employee redeemed my free birthday beverage regardless if the app malfunction. The employee also suggested I take a Dunkin Perks plastic card and activate this which could be used when app is not working or at any time at all. Beyond Excellent Customer Service!! Thank you! I had ordered a "Grape Coolatta" and it was fabulous!! Delicious! Lastly, this is by far my favorite D&D in the area! You can ALWAYS expect excellent customer service here!”
