    Always good and friendly. And can be quick, too, except on weekend brunch -- expect a wait then.

    Eggplant has been the breakfast spot for decades. Judy will take care of you. Steve will chat with you. Always clean. Good portion sizes. The best THB toasted honey bun.

    I've been going to this place for almost 15 years. I always get breakfast made the way I want it. The coffee is excellent and the pancakes are amazing. The staff is very accommodating also. I can't think of a better place to eat breakfast.

    $14 for breakfast. Two eggs, 1/2 order of home fries with onion, English muffin, bacon. $4.50 for 4 thin slices. Everything was cooked nice, service was nice. I didnt want to leave a $3 tip but I did. Been going here for years , I even remember their old location but now that I'm retired on a fixed income, that's a lot to pay for breakfast. $17.00

    I usually have breakfast here. They are happy to give me a half order of hash. I order 2 over easy eggs and that is just what I get. Very good food and friendly fast waitress'.
