“Usually, everything’s fine at this store, but I had an experience there recently that made me quite angry. I walked to the store to buy groceries and snacks. It’s about 4 blocks away. I don’t drive. I waited about 10 minutes for the cashier to deal with a delivery person. That person then started to engage in small talk with the cashier and then also decided to order a slice of pizza. The cashier had trouble getting the slice out of the warmer. By the time he got it out, I’d been standing with a heavy basket for 15 minutes, while the other 3 or 4 staff people stood around having personal conversations. The cashier then told the delivery guy that he had no bags. I asked him if he indeed said they had no bags. He said “yes, we ran out”. It was about 1:00 in the afternoon and they had no bags! I asked if they didn’t have either plastic or paper bags as I had walked 4 blocks to get there and now need to walk those 4 blocks back. He spent another 5 minutes looking for paper bags, to no avail. At 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon, this Byrne Dairy had NO BAGS!!! I walked 8 blocks for nothing. I was angry enough to write this critical review. And I almost never write reviews!”

“I've gone to this location quite often, and while I've always received high-quality service, my recent visit raised the bar. I own a Subaru Forester. There are areas on the vehicle which the car wash is unable to clean properly. Enter Alex. There's customer service, and then there's the amazing level of attention this employee delivered. Alex took the time to personally hand wash these problem areas before drying my vehicle. Superb service.”

“I like this Dunkin, they do a good job.... However, 3 stars due to the absolute cluster&#@* that is online pickup. When the line is faster, there's an issue. They often don't see orders that come in. They moved the pickup location next to the main door so waiting patrons block incoming customers. If it was speedier, this wouldn't be a problem. They need dedicated staff SOLELY FOR PICKUP especially on the weekends.”

“Love this place! My friend & I sat quietly at one of the back booths visiting (we haven't seen each other in over 6 months). She got corn chowder & a baguette. I just got a large tea. The food was great and the atmosphere was calm. We visited/talked for 1.5 hours. This is the perfect place to sit, relax & enjoy great food!!”

“Nostalgic for anyone who grew up in America. Hopefully this place, like any other fast-food restaurant, isn't a staple in your diet. No doubt the food tastes great, but if you truly cared about yourself, your health, and your future well-being you would limit fast-food. If you take the time to read this and it makes you think then you know the negative side effects of fast-food. Take a step in the right direction and check-out your local farmers market.
