Excellent food, fast service ,great staff

Sandwiches are good size and delicious. I try to stop whenever in their area if they are open.

Neat spot for sandwiches and whatnot.Their Chili, though, is not really a chili, but more like a spicy chicken stew with some white beans, potatoes, carrots and bell peppers, no onions or chili cheeses on top. It wasn't too bad, but still a spicy stew, not a chili. The corned beef sandwich was good -- try it without cole slaw.

This is not a place you should go to if you're looking for great customer service. However, it definitely isn't bad customer service, it merely the lack thereof. Nonetheless, I have no choice but to give this place 5 stars. I would give them more if i could. Their food is flawless. Syracuse is renowned for unsavory, unpleasant distasteful food. But no this place. I had a cornbeef sandwich that sent my taste buds on a journey it has never experienced from a sandwich before. I will definitely return again and again and I will never order a sandwich from any other place in Syracuse besides them. They even carry my favorite rootbeer as well. It was a very clean, relaxing, quiet and inviting environment.

Incorrect order quickly corrected & delivered. Rick handled the issue professionally with a smile. I reviewed on GrubHub & gave 1 star. Tried to add to that review but couldn't. Food was delicious & customer service outstanding. Thank you.
