    Great Service , great atmosphere . The gentleman who made our drinks was efficient . Would definitely come to this location

    Love love love this location located centrally downtown in Syracuse New York there's a cute place to sit outside plenty of places to walk around and look at while you drink your coffee friendly staff one of my favorite Starbucks to go to ❣️

    They always try hard to provide good service...this place is always busy

    Didn't have nitro, got a cold brew with sweet cream instead and they waaayyyy overdid the sweet cream. After waiting for two drinks, had to wait longer for a cold scone, pretty ridiculous. They need to get the orders together. I mean, they just take from the package and put in a bag and I waited ten minutes for that? Not worth my time.
