Eleven Waters

The taste of the salad was good. It was obvious that it was all fresh ingredients. The broccoli slaw had 0 flavor which was kind of disappointing. We both added salt and pepper to it (I never add them to my food) and it didn't really help much. I didn't care for the tomato bisque soup. But I've never had a bisque version before so that may be how it was supposed to taste.

Food was great. Took a very long time to get our sandwiches and salads. not the best for lunch break sit down.

We had buffet breakfast twice, drinks a couple nights and dinner one night. Each time we enjoyed our meal and presentation. The breakfast includes a custom made omelet! The hostess in this room is great! Each time we were there she was working. The bartender (seemed to) double as our concierge! All in all, great space with great people and good food.

Eleven Waters was convenient for breakfast and offered either buffet or menu items. It offered a very sleek, modern decor in contrast to the nicely restored hotel. We chose to order off the menu and the food was fine. With tip the bill cost around $30, about the same as if we had chosen the buffet.

The Service was efficient, if a bit mechanical, but it was a busy morning. A little pricey for breakfast, but a good meal.
