I love this place! Amazing food, amazing and friendly staff. Really nice space too to eat in.
First time ordering from here. I had the Kara Miso Ramen..the soup had just the right kick, not overly hot/spicy. The noodles were cooked to perfection. Delicious flavors. Can't wait to try their other items. It might sound miniscule but the fact that the worker came around to hand me my order and not over the counter was a testament of their service. The only downside is their name (lol) as I cannot stand the FoHi acronym....there are many nicer names that would fit this cute establishment .
Ordered the #1 Ramen on the menu. Very thick pork broth. Most authentic ramen place outside of Nagoya Japan in my experience. (If you think it is not authentic, chances are you never tried real ones.) Suggestion: open a store somewhere in Flushing, and this place will be POPULAR all over asian communities in NYC.
Great spicy seafood ramen. Boyfriend was also impressed and well sated. Was delicious, an intimate setting, and the waitress was lovely.
Ramen broth was delicious. Hearty and full of flavor. Noodles were springy. The only minor knock is that I wish the chasu was charred more but otherwise, a great bowl of ramen.
