The waffle was thick and topped with berries as well as powdered sugar. The staff here is super friendly and I had great conversation with them as they prepared my order. “Stop in for an authentic Mediterranean experience! We started off with a fresh salad bar. The grape leaves are homemade and delicious, lentil soup was incredible! Then we were served plated gyro that was flavorful and so FRESH! The meal continued with grilled meat bread and tender lamb kabob with veggies. We wrapped up with the most amazing rice pudding I’ve ever eaten and some hot tea. Service was top of the line and we will definitely be back! Come hungry!!”

“Today I finally tried the new Poke bar in Troy and I have to say it was delicious! There are so many unique options on the menu to appeal to everyone. So, I ordered a little of everything. I really enjoyed the dumplings and the pork bun. My daughter also loved the popcorn chicken and she is picky. The poke bowl tasted very fresh and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Lastly, I absolutely loved the crème brûlée cheesecake and can’t wait to come back and try the Oreo one. Great addition to Troy’s food scene. I recommend you try it ASAP!”

“Great, fast, and delicious food! I showed up slightly before opening and the chef (nice older gentleman) still let me in! Much appreciated because it was snowing outside! I ordered the beef and lamb gyro! Paid $12 and waited less than 10 minutes to receive a wrap the size of my forearm filled with fresh veggies, homemade white sauce, and delicious meat! The meal came with a side of more white sauce, spicy red sauce (love the spice!), and a bag of chips! The wrap was slightly toasted and strong enough to support the insides without any spillage, yet still soft and fluffy! The side of white sauce was very refreshing and complimented the savory meat. The meat was juicy, but not over oily/fatty. Overall, 10/10! My new favorite lunch spot! I am excited to go back and continue to explore their menu! P.S. I meant to take more pictures to show the inside of the wrap but I was enjoying the food so much that I ate it all before I remembered!”

“This is a wonderful little gluten-free bakery. Cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon sugar donuts, bread, rolls and more. There’s also a sandwich and pizza menu to-go (the owner says he’ll offer indoor dining soon), and a freezer full of pizza crusts, bread, mozzarella sticks and other delicious bits to take home. I tried the bread, donuts and a sandwich. I can say that it seems like the same dough recipe is used for each. But, it’s lovely. The bread is springy, chewy, fluffy, and holds up nicely to sandwich toppings or would be great to use in bread pudding or French toast recipes as well. The owner is super nice and it sounds like gluten-free bakeries have long been part of his family business. Please support this small business!”
