“We rely on Stewarts shops for milk and we love the milk card. Yes, per the other reviews, staff at this location are sometimes less than friendly but I try to overlook it because they're working, and working an 'on your feet' job at that, which is tough going especially for some of the older workers. I also think that jobs serving the public are harder, which explains the high turnover rate. I would appreciate a dedicated line for lottery tickets though so I don't have to wait too long to buy a half gallon of milk. Of course, Stewarts ice-cream and coffee are excellent.”

“I loved my meal, crab pasta. The portion was massive and had it for two meals. My husband didn't like the meat pasta. For an upscale restaurant they really need to start paying attention to the details. Our table was really wobbly and annoying. The wall next to the table really really needs to be cleaned. There is no need to let it get caked with food splatter like that. The women's bathroom is falling apart and should be considered an embarrassment. Details should matter. Spend some time and money to fix this place up, it's already gone to far.”

“The Crooked Lake house has amazing craftsmanship and character! The fireplaces and rustic atmosphere make a superb dining experience. The beer selection at the bar was remarkable and would appease any casual drinker. The diverse menu selection and food was delicious. The only downfall was the 3 hour wait we sat at our table to enjoy our dinner. The server was excellent and accommodating to our every need. However, it was almost like they were still in wedding mode and not to couples who have a babysitter and want to head into town afterwards for a nightcap.”

“It's been a while since my wife and I had an afternoon out since we have had kids. Nishiki was in the area that we needed to do a bunch of errands, so we thought we would stop in for a late lunch. The portions were perfect and everything was put together really well. We had 5 maki rolls and some appetizers. It was well priced, and the service was great. In the area, they are 5/5 food (excellent), 5/5 service (excellent), 4/5 price (expensive). However, if my understanding of Michelin stars is correct, they would be 3/5 food, 5/5 service, 2/5 price. “The pizza is mediocre at best. I'm not going to judge them for my delivery being late since it was a Saturday, but all the food we ordered (pizza, fries, and fried dough) was average. It was a little disappointing. You can also tell a lot about a pizza when you don't have cheese on it (due to lactose intolerance). Their sauce is quite bland, and even the pizza with cheese on it was just...unmemorable. But I appreciate that they're quite accommodating to changing the pizza. Not a lot of pizza places in the area will do pizza without cheese.”

“Very comfortable. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and firm. Has a small gym inside asking with a swimming pool, a hot tub and a nice arrangement with a meeting room and little business area with computer setup. The front is arranged nice too with a very cozy inviting and relaxing area with ample seating to sit and relax. Very convenient with a gas station almost in the same lot along with a convenience store that really carries what you'd like to relax with back at the hotel. There was a Continental buffet style breakfast that was extremely nice and their staff is on point. They don't mind helping you out and I wish I knew they had the poll and gym area because I would've brought without clothes and swim trunks.”
