“This ain't the old Nanuet restaurant, and that's good and bad. They classed up the interior which was good, but the noise level in the place was unbearable. I mean painful. The staff was very good. The pizza, which is what most people used to go there for is not that good anymore. My wife and daughter did enjoy the appetizer they ordered though. Don't think I'll be going back.”

“Well this place is just freaking awesome! It's definitely the service that has me and my family head over heels. Food was cooked perfectly and the cook had a great sense of humor. It wasn't your usual Habachi show which was great. They really do a great job so I highly recommend this spot 100%. There is also a full bar which cought us all by surprise. “I came across this places on google and it had very good reviews. We came the night after thanksgiving so this may be the reason for such a long wait. When I tell you we were waiting for at least 35 minutes to get seated and then another 35 minutes before they turned the grill on, I thought I was going to ring in the new year here. Despite the wait, it was worth every bit. Great deal for your money. The portion size was decent and the food was well seasoned. The soup was delicious and the salad dressing to die for. The chef was also kind, anyone say Sake? The complementary shrimp is also a great touch. I would come back, but definitely with a reservation ;)”

“My daughter's favorite "mall lunch" Little Buddha is definitely a cut above the food court. A simple Japanese lunch special makes it budget friendly. We like the spacious, dimly lit atmosphere to take a break from shopping. This was a great place for a birthday lunch with a select group of friends! Only complaint is that Staff can be a bit slipshod in service and we often have to wipe up splashed soups etc. as they practically toss them into the table. Be aware that sometimes they scrub all over the bathrooms with foaming bleach cleaner and don't actually wipe it up, so your clothing could be in jeopardy ???? but at least you know they keep it clean ????”

“Lighting could be a bit brighter for those 50+ that do not have the eyesight they used to have. I found I had to extend my menu out into the middle of the table were the light was better. Dinner menu is extensive and there's something for everyone. I had hibachi beef which I liked. Daughter had pizza which was pretty good. It's not local pizza joint good but very respectable for a place that has this many offerings. Portions are perfect. And of course there is the cheesecake which we all save a little bit of room for. Great stuff.”

However, the second time I went, the customer service agent was rude; he treated me like I was a burden and rushed through my order which caused my order to be redone two times, because he kept getting the order wrong. “Whenever I go to the Palisades Mall or KIA, I have breakfast at Hogan's. The owner greets everyone individually and his friendly staff always have a smile. The diner is super clean, has ample parking and food is served hot. Highly recommended ... convenient off I87-Exit 11 to Route 59. You will be right behind the Mall.”
