“Always had positive experiences here. Sounds like a couple of people were unclear on the refill policy and for that reason gave low ratings, but I guess I'd never run into that because I just grabbed a bottle of water with my sub. I've never noticed so maybe it should be posted somewhere? But as far as MY experience, I've always had positive ones - good food like you'd expect from Subway and good service, as well. It's my favorite place to eat here in the food court for healthier, but still good, options!”
