As we were near bar, it was a bit loud, but not unreasonable. I have been upstairs in the past, and it is a more intimate setting for conversation and couples.Did I mention fabulous food!?!?”

“So many soft serve flavors to choose from!!!! I couldn't believe it!! There were many choices for hard ice-cream and sundae toppings too. Very impressive! The soft serve chocolate custard was to die for!! Great, personal service from the owner. He gave suggestions and showed me the sugar-free and gluten-free options. His employees were friendly and efficient. We are visiting from out of town and will definitely be back!”

The employee taking care of us wasn’t very friendly, though could’ve just been having a bad day and we were a larger group all trying to order. That being said, our sandwiches were all excellent. “Food was good. Hot and made fresh. Orange chicken we would have preferred it a little spicy. And could have stood to not be in deep fryer as long.. some was chewy and difficult to eat. Fried rice was good and husband enjoyed the lo mein. Can't understand why there was almost no heat in restaurant. Food was being cooked and winter hats and coats were on. Maybe an issue with heater?? I froze waiting for food. Inside is in pretty rough shape. Definitely needs some decor and updating. Will definitely be back. Just wish it was more of a "sit down" restaurant.”

“My girlfriend and I had spent a couple of days in the Finger Lakes and had come to the realization that there may be nobody willing to look past our outward appearance when it came to giving us good service. Whether it was high end restaurateurs or mom and pop shops selling knick-knacks. We went to bed the night before we left the Finger Lakes hoping for a good experience the rest of the way. Perhaps this environment wasn't for us and we'd find a way to way make the best of it. We rolled out of Hammondsport with every intention of finding a small cafe to have breakfast. Upon arriving in Prattsburgh, I parked the car and we walked toward Dillio's, a cafe so small if you blink you'll miss it... and that would be a shame. We walked through the door and Lydia welcomed us, told us not to be shy and come in and sit down. We were only going to order some food to go and eat in the park across the street, but part of me wishes we would've spent more time with Lydia as she was EXACTLY the type of person we would've been happy to hang out with. She was friendly, funny, and beyond all else... REAL. In an area where so many are quick to judge and as fake as the teeth in their mouth... we found reality here in Prattsburgh. The food was delicious. Perfectly crisp bacon on a warm fluffy fried egg inside a delicious everything bagel... and the most decadent home fries I've had in a very very long time. Along with that, we found a beautiful jewel-encrusted hand-made arm band that we purchased as well that my girlfriend absolutely loves. Lydia, thank you. You were an absolute delight and brightened our trip. Everything got so much better for us after seeing you and we thank you for being kind and real with us. Much love, much success and continued health. We will see you again someday.”
