“While vacationing with my family in MTK, we visited Hoodoos first one afternoon for ice-cream which Tom the owner told us was imported from Brooklyn. (it was awesome) The next visit was for breakfast and all I can say is that you won't be disappointed and I recommend the Croa-Cake.. and finally was for lunch take-out which was ready when I got there and had all the necessary plates/napkins/condiments already packed up. If looking to for a new spot while visiting this awesome town, give Hoodoos a try.”

“First the good... delicious, fresh food and the restaurant itself was very nice and clean. When we walked in we requested a high chair. That never came. I asked for two kids cups of water and I received two empty plastic cups and straws. My wife has many dietary restrictions which she clearly stated to the waiter before ordering. She first asked about ordering the 24 hour oats. The waiter asked the kitchen but was still unclear if it had dairy. Then she ordered a salad, her salad came with ranch (told waiter no dairy) then they brought Asian Vinaigrette (told waiter no soy). We waited what seemed like way to long for the check. I realize it was their first day serving brunch, but service was painfully slow. Staff needs to be better trained handling food sensitivities and more knowledgeable about the menu.”

“It's a small and cozy store but the prices are insanely expensive even in comparison to the prices in the city (Manhattan). It's $6.80 for a large and popcorn chicken is $6 while in the city you can get it for $5.75 and $3-4 respectively. I usually ask for 30% sugar but even so, the drink is too sweet. I really enjoy boba but I wish it weren't so expensive here and that it wasn't drowned with sugar. The staff does their job but isn't particularly friendly. I get it once in awhile if I crave it, otherwise I don't think it justifies the price at all.”

“Came here for breakfast. Woman who took order was pretty mean. Food was good. They only have 3 options for breakfast and I tried two of them. Don’t expect any standard fare like pancakes, omelets, or oatmeal. I like that they’re green in almost every possible way (I.e. plastic cups are made from plants). Coffee was good too.”
