Great place to eat. Staff was very friendly, food was great. Love there breakfast. Whatever you order you can never go wrong. It’s my go to place every time I’m in or near Jeffersonville.
This was our second time and both times the food was great. Nice casual atmosphere, very friendly staff. The kind if place that feels like home.
If you're in the area and looking for a nice place to eat, I highly recommend Ted's.
Here's a photo of the chocolate moose pie. That alone is worth the trip.
This little diner is really a throwback. My husband and I have been here several times while traveling through the area. We've never been disappointed. They usually have homemade soups and their menu is extensive which can make picking out what you want to eat sometimes difficult.
Really enjoy the home made soups - they are very good. The portions are good, and the majority of the food is very good. Had a few dishes though that left a bit to be desired.
The burgers are good, but for the price, should not be from frozen.
Salad served with main dishes is iceberg. The whole bowl was filled with white crunchy hearts of iceburg. Might as well not even bother offering a salad if it's not romaine or spring mix. Some people maybe like iceburg, but imo its just a condiment for burgers and sandwiches.
Ordered the stuffed shrimp. This is where I was really disappointed. Like I've said, I've eaten here several times and have really enjoyed the food, but this time was another story. At $19, I was really hoping for a better meal. The plate was comprised of six medium sized butterflied shrimp, topped with (what seemed like an ice cream scoop), of chunks of imitation (not even real) crab meat, carrots and celery, bread stuffing. The veggie side was a single stalk, of garlic drenched, broccoli.
I will def give Ted's another chance. Hoping this was just an off night for them.
