Barryville Diner

Clean and pleasant environment but all the sandwiches were dry. I think the grilled cheese was literally cheese on bread, no mayo or butter. The eggplant Parm was 70% bread, 30% yummy fillings. What was there was good though.

Extremely surprised when I walked in and saw how modern and new it was. Omelette and blueberry pancakes were good. Everyone was friendly

Brand new everything. Place is as clean as could be with great service. Had two meals so far. First was the blueberry pancakes that we filled with blueberries and the second was the Wedge salad and pretzel. I’d eat all 3 things again.

Just visited this newly renovated diner for the first time. We were hoping for breakfast but they had switched to their lunch menu aka breakfast isn’t available all day. The renovation is great and the space feels welcoming. The lunch food we had was OK. We had the meatball sub (comes with spinach on it) and the tuna sandwich with a slice of cookies and cream cake. The french fries were soggy not crispy. We’ll be back for breakfast because I’m hoping that’s where they’re getting it right. The outdoor patio will definitely be something to come back for in the summer. We wish them luck and success with the opening!
