“BEST RESTAURANT IN TOWN We recently rented out “Craft on 9” for a private party. I surprised my husband for his 59th Birthday. After the big SURPRISE we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff and some incredible Appetizers. Chef Rob went all out and the food was absolutely AMAZING, from preparation to presentation, Outstanding. I LOVED the carving station and the Prime Rib; my husband said that it was the best he had EVER tasted. I personally enjoyed the Char Grilled Salmon topped with citrus arugula…every bite was delicious!! Chef Rob also had a great menu for the kids, offering burgers and Mac & cheese. ..so accommodating. His staff was well trained, accommodating and helpful and they did it all with a smile. Everything was handled with efficiency and attention to every detail was given. Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such wonderful care of our family and friends. …we had a wonderful party, and Chef Rob and his staff helped to make it that way!
