“Great staff, very clean store and restroom and the location couldn't be more convenient for my family. (not only is it close to home, but it's very close to work as well!) Stewart's makes a point of thoroughly studying the location of each of their stores and they truly listen to what it is that their customers are requesting, in order to determine the specific items that each location carries. Then they design each store (inside and out) to fit the specific needs of that neighborhood. IMHO, that's a very smart business model and I believe that their longevity and reputation as a "convenience store" chain in the Northeast is a true testament to that practice!! (They also happen to make a pretty awesome milkshake!)”

“My husband and I dined at Raul's on both Friday and Saturday nights. Friday was stellar, the food was delicious and the service was top notch. On Saturday, we arrived at a busy time. We asked to be seated outside and the young man who was hostessing took my phone number and said we would be called when the table was available. A table for four (2 tables for 2 pushed together) was available for the entire one hour and 15 minutes that we waited. I asked the host why the two tables couldn't be separated since no one was sitting at them and he said they were reserved for parties or three or four. Unfortunately for us and for them, no party of three or four arrived. So our very positive impression of Raul's Mexican grill was tainted by our long wait for a table for two while two paired tables that had been placed together sat empty the whole time we waited. The point of sitting outside was to listen to the live music coming from a neighboring restaurant, but by the time we sat down, the live music had ended. The food was still delicious and our waitress was good. It was simply poor management to allow satisfied customers to sit on a bench for more than an hour rather than separate two outdoor tables.”

“The iced mocha here is a bit pricey(5.75), but delicious. The wifi is solid(unlike spot which cuts out constantly). The only downside is that it closes at 6pm instead of 9 like other places around here and the kitchen closes at 2pm. I do my best work while huffing espresso and that wonderful odor pervades this place!”

“Went for breakfast Saturday morning. They have a wide variety of choices and our meal was wonderful. Our waitress was very courteous and helpful. I had the quiche that came with fresh fruit blueberries, strawberries, apple grapes and melon. The fruit was ripe and sweet. The coffee was good My husband had the classic 2 eggs, ham and sourdough toast. It was all done to perfection. We definitely will be returning. Have to try lunch”

“While spending a weekend skiing at Gore Mountain I looked at Google restaurant reviews to find a place to eat. Rene's showed up with the highest rating and I decided to try it based on it high rating. I cant compare it to any of its fellow local restaurants and will rated based on my NYC restaurant experiences. Its menu is trendy and was my main reason for eating there over other places. Service was polite and courteous but I never felt really comfortable in this converted home/restaurant. I felt the food was fine but lacked a little on execution. My son had the smaller steak option and it was not small. Quality of the meat was very good as the steak was very tender but did not excite our pallet. I wont mention our others dishes as the results where the basically the same. Based on ingredients used for its menu the intent is there but didnt feel the execution was completely there on my visit. The fact it has so many positive reviews and its menu, it's my belief that I may have caught them on a average night but feel the possibilities of this being a 4 star or better place is there.”

“The supervisor, younger girl with light hair was pleasant. She made eye contact and smiled at customers. The woman behind the counter preparing food tried to avoid dealing with people. She saw me a few times waiting at the register and couldn't even greet me even though we obvs made eye contact. I stood there for a few moments and she could have eve shouted hold your horses lady. I'm not upset that I waited any length of time, because nothing is worth a rush to get, honestly. What bothered me more was seeing that same woman touch her face with her gloves on and the go back to the food with the same now contaminated gloves. Use the back of your arm when your face is itchy. I work food service. Gloves don't sanitize themselves magically and your face can carry all kinds of fun things.”
