“We went on the white water rafting trip yesterday and had a great time! I was especially impressed with their focus on safety. The water was particularly high on the day that we went, and they had extra people in kayaks as spotters to ensure safety as much as possible. Our guide was Pat, and he was awesome! Our group ranged in age from 10-45, and we all had a blast. I thought it was also the best value because we didn't have to pay extra for wet suits.”

“We decided to chance this place even though there weren’t many reviews yet and not many people eating here the night we went, and we were so glad we did! Everything we ordered was outstanding and even though they weren’t serving any alcohol there, they had this delicious drink called ‘Jamaica water’ with hibiscus, ginger, and lemonade that we all really enjoyed. The three Amigos appetizer was amazing and we also tried and shared the shrimp, chicken, and pork tacos and really loved them all. The trio of salsas they gave us with them were also excellent and all of the food came out very quick and the server gave us great recommendations on the menu. Definitely a great food find in a cute setting in Bolton Landing!!”

“We visited The Bond 1786 during during our recent visit to the Adirondacks. It was Amazing and the staff were as well. Cheryl and Kenny took great care of us during our visit. We ended up eating there a couple of times that week. My recommendations are the Mac&Cheese, Non-vegetarian Flatbread and the Fish and Chips. We will be back for sure!”

“I love Green Mansions. It is hilly, fun and interesting and was laid out way back when greens were made small. My favorite is the eighth, which sits atop a mesa. One time a young girl asked if I would take her so she could drive the cart. On another day, a neighbor asked to accompany me to play. He had bought a ragtag set of clubs at a yard sale. But he brought a big surprise to the course! After the nine-hole round, I introduced Bill to the owner, Ron. “This man just shot two under par for nine!” Ron said, “I like it better when you bring that girl.” Walking out of the clubhouse, my neighbor asked, “What girl?” I’ll include her photo, because when she’s there she would be the main attraction.”
