“We went here for the first time last night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went over the menu with us and helped us chose some of their favorites. Everything from the complimentary chips and salsa to the entrees were delicious. It reminded us of some of the best food we have had while traveling. My husband and I both said that we felt like it came right out someones home kitchen. Delicious! We will definitely be back!”

“Ordered spaghetti in meat sauce asked for extra sauce which I got. I took a picture hoping there was a way to make it private, there is not. The sauce was good, like olive garden, it not Italian sauce but no matter I added my own spices and it was fine. The pasta however was clumped together. Uncooked ends.Is this really what you want to represent your restaurant? Not a good move to let this leave the kitchen.”

“Warm, friendly and great food. What a gem this former biker dive bar is. We happened upon it by mistake but got pleasantly surprised the friendly staff and other customers - as soon as we walked in. Who would expect to see escargot and steamed clams on the menu? Food quality - nothing less than superb. The owner trained at the CIA (not that CIA, the Culinary Institute of America) and it shows. So friendly, too - how many chefs come to your table to say hello? Jarrod does. But, wait, there is more - live music a couple of nights a week. I wish lived locally - but nevertheless we have been back there 3 times since discovering it a month ago.”

“We though we would give Monteverdi a try and had dinner tonight during Hudson valley restaurant week. It was excellent- ambiance, service and most importantly, the food. Wine prices were very reasonable also. We were in a large, airy room overlooking the Hudson River. I had a carrot and beet salad that was awesome, and my duck was among the best I’ve had ever. Presentation of the food was upscale, too. Would highy recommend.”

“Can't be approached Westbound (towards Hudson/ Peekskill ) on Rt. 6 . You must turn around at or after next light . Best burger of the fast places in my opinion. Rest of menu compares to others with no big surprises. Chicken sandwich is good and salads too . Macdonald's fries still the best though ! Place is clean , bathroom too but I hate those hand-dry blowers . Empty and quiet after noon rush .”

“More of a bar/ golf simulator combo. They have food and plenty of beverages and it's really a good time. The guy running the simulator schedule seemed disinterested and there's definitely no one going booth to booth asking if you need anything which really isn't a big deal. Biggest issue is the quality of the simulator booths. There's noticeable divots and wear on the turf and there are tees everywhere. Clean up the place at the end of the night at least.”
