“New player in town and oh, man, are they good. Pizza is way, way beyond compare. NY-style done with meticulous detail. Quality over quantity and the two owners are making your pie - but a little patience is rewarded with real pizza craftsmanship. Take out only but grab a picnic table (and a beer or three at the adjacent Pitt St. Brewing) and make an evening of it.”

“The breakfast burrito and avocado toast were absolutely delicious! We loved the bakery items as well, including the cinnamon roll and pumpkin cream cheese muffins! Coffee was hot and fresh! Coming back again! Olivia was also so kind to me at the counter. Thank you all!!”

“Nice new location. Most of the seating is outside, so come with an outdoor frame of mind. Staff was very nice and helpful. The Pactolus lager was my favorite. You can get a flight of 4 beers (not cider) for $10. Will go again!”

“Amazing breakfast!! The cheese biscuits are what they’re most known for, but I haven’t had anything that wasn’t delicious. Country ham, sausage, bacon, eggs, grits, and lots more!”

“First visit: the food is good. General atmosphere is welcoming. I had to wait 45 minutes for my chicken and waffles. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but there were only 3 or 4 customers there at the time. Inexperienced? Perhaps. I will try again.”

“I purchased the smothered porks in gravy over white rice and mac and cheese. My husband is a critique but he loved the pork chops and the cornbread was delicious. I finished that before the rest of the food. I will have to order a pan to go next time. Service was excellent. Keep up the good work, I am here to support you.”

“Great food! Great outdoor (Covid safe) dining! Great staff! You must try the oysters, but then, we haven't had one thing that wasn't fabulous, and we've tried at least half the menu. Try it out!”

“We saw this place walking by on the street and their signage advertising cheese biscuits was plenty sufficient to entice us to give it a try. Their food is excellent, unpretentious, and well made. The cheese biscuit was wonderful. It was the sort of bread that if served for a starter at a sit down resturant you would find yourself a week later thinking to return to the restaurant just for the bread. We also tried a sausage and country ham biscuit and found both to represent how a good southern biscuit should be. If you saw a stack of them on a platter at your great aunt someone's home for the unskippable family event you would be deeply pleased you came and would stack a few on your plate on your way towards the deviled eggs and table of cake slices. Did not disappoint and we tried to return the following day (closed sundays). Deserving of many more positive reviews. Check them out!”
