I am a regular customer and have noticed the dishes are getting smaller with the same price. Less meat on some of the entrees, I used to order. Also, the staff could be a little friendlier, especially when they expect you to tip and it’s a self serve restaurant. Other than this, there is a nice selection of healthy, gluten free food.

Great food. Very fresh and healthy. Very good coffee and juice options. Attentive, quick, kind, and honest staff. Cool space. All of the best of Asheville.

Hands down one of my top food destinations in Asheville. Fresh, unique, healthy and delicious. Great portion sizes. Delightful menu variety. Completely reasonable prices; honestly it leans toward the inexpensive. They say it's "real feel good food," and I can't emphasize enough how every single time I come here, I leave feeling good!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere but lines move slow to place order.
As for the food it’s hit or miss. Some dishes are extremely salty and it ruins the flavors.
The gnocchi dish was super salty and garlicky. Hummus appetizer was great. The other 2 dishes we ordered were great also.

Our third choice for breakfast while visiting from Charlotte, fate did NOT steer us wrong! Very eclectic menu and latte options if you’re looking for something different, and some mainstays in the display case that we will have to come back and try too! Thank you for such an unexpected surprise!
