Excellent place!! I loved the food. Very quick!
Coffee was perfect. The flavors wow, just great! Very fresh. We had huevos rancheros definitely most try!!

Absolutely delicious! Madeline was amazing she catered to everything and the food was awesome!!! The coffee also absolutely delicious
Exceptional breakfast tacos with generous portions. The cold brew coffee was also perfect.
So good it deserved 2 reviews.
Outstanding service. My wife and I had been walking around downtown Asheville trying to find dinner. Everywhere was either booked for the rest of the evening or looking at a 45+ minute wait. Bomba's sister restaurant "Salsa" recommended we come here due to the wait. We showed up and were told that the grill had closed already. I asked where she would recommend for food as Bomba was recommended by the host at salsa. I didn't ask for service, just a recommendation. Without hesitation, she said she would serve us. She sat us and we ordered, despite the grill being "closed". The service was amazing, especially since we had been walking in the rain for a half an hour looking for dinner. Then the food came and it was outstanding. All around 5* for every aspect of our visit.
