This restaurant is amazing! I had the avocado lox breakfasts sandwich with tofu scramble instead and it was absolutely delicious! They said the wait time was 30 minutes but it was definitely faster than that.

This is a cute cafe with a little vibe, but it's bigger than it looks! Plenty of seating indoors, even with social distancing. They also do a great job of keeping everyone clean and safe. They compost and recycle all the waste, overall very mindful business. The food was very good! Each item had that one little extra thing on it that makes you go 'Wow, that's good!' the everything avocado toast had fresh bread, well seasoned, egg cooked perfectly, and the pork bacon was top of the line ?? the breakfast burrito was flavorful and filling. The Root Hash in it was unique but really made the dish. The green day smoothie was a perfect start to breakfast. The huckleberry was a delicious lighter choice. Overall wonderful food, atmosphere, and staff!

Had an amazing time at Green Sage Downtown. They had a great menu selection with really yummy vegan options. The coffee was great and the service fantastic. I loved the balance of hearty and light healthy options. Seasonally on point too. A definite must visit for plant and non plant based food

Good breakfast spot. My husband had the Appalachian trail plate and I had the spinach goat sandwich as well as black coffee and tea.

Staff were very friendly and we had a nice start to the morning sitting at the sidewalk tables. My husband said the coffee was fine, but nothing very special. A little expensive food-wise for the portion size, but they do try to do locally sourced foods, which is appreciated. Would return in the future if I was looking for a more gourmet fast-casual breakfast
