    Food was AMAZING but the cook was the tastiest snack I’ve had all week

    Big portions and everything was great! We had the roasted beef sandwich. My kids loved the salchipapa (no sauce).

    We have some great food trucks in Asheville and Out of the Blue is right up there at the top. Very creative and tasty menu....perhaps the best chicken wings ever!. Super friendly service. Highly recommend.

    Hands down best food truck! Authentic Peruvian cuisine. Your taste buds are in for a treat. Great portions and the quality/presentation of the food is unmatched. Today I had the Turkey Butifarra Sandwich (Peruvian Style sliced turkey, Lettuce, Pickled Onions, Yellow Pepper Aioli & OOB Mustard) with Spring Vegan Quinoa Salad (Quinoa, Edamame, Asparagus, Cherry Tomato, shredded Carrots, with Chef's special dressing). Amazing as always!
