Amazing food. Shasta was a great server. Will def be back. Get the bread and oysters for sure

Vidl winery at Cultura was an incredible and memorable experience. We had the wine and whiskey flights along with a charcuterie board. The food was delicious and local and the staff super attentive!

Sometimes I get so disenchanted with restaurants with ingredients that I’ve never heard of or by the time I get my meal I’ve forgotten what I ordered and why....this is a New fantastic restaurant experience in Asheville. Creative yet simple, ditto the bar.
We loved the rustic way they serve the food and the concept of sharing that is not “small plates”. Great for large groups of friends/family...we just had 3 and loved it

This is one of the best meals I've ever had. I thought the chef did such an amazing job of taking simple things like root vegetables and taking them to another level but without being pretentious about it. The bread fondue is the way to go. I can't explain how good that cheese is which they make entirely themselves!!

Love this place. I travel to Asheville for work several times and year and a coworker and I stumbled in the last time we were in town. We meant to have a drink and then never left.
The bartender who hosted us is really on to some fascinating and unique drinks. I travel a lot for work. He would compete with some of the very best speak easy-style bars we have and that I’ve visited in New York, LA, Chicago, Boston, etc.
I recommend finding a relaxed night and start a conversation with him (wish I could remember his name!), it’s worth the trip alone. Drinks were so good we decided to stay for dinner and was not disappointed. Tons of innovative dishes to share, and we overall left with a happy palate. Can’t wait to go back!
