    If you know your green chile, Hatch green chile from New Mexico to be precise, this is the place to be. Fantastic breakfast burritos smothered in authentic Hatch green chile sauce and their red chile Carne Adovada is the real deal. I went to cooking school in Santa Fe and go to New Mexico yearly but with all the pandemic shutdowns that hasn’t been possible so Zia is my home away from home. This is the permanent food truck location, the main restaurant is in West Asheville and they have equal quality. Do not miss if you like spice 🌶🌶🌶
