The atmosphere is spot on, the music is so good and there is lots of room. The service is helpful and not overwhelming. The food is delicious and different and the jam bar is awesome sauce. A wonderful homey breakfast spot. It's almost as good as biscuit head but the atmosphere is better and more relaxing.
Sandwiches the size of my head, kind employees, delicious food. What more could you ask for? Worth the trip, even better if you’re already in the area.
We went to Blue Ridge Biscuits for brunch prior to a wedding nearby and we were not disappointed. Affordable, friendly, delicious. I wish there were more places like this in the world. Plenty of seating, although crowded. With coffee bar, sweet tea, and multiple jams available. We all left stuffed.
We might go back tomorrow....
This little jem is a place worth your effort to visit. When you walk in and the locals abound, you know you're in for some good food! The atmosphere is delightfully casual with self service regarding beverages so you can refill at your leisure, which we love. This place makes delicious food from scratch including biscuits, pastries, gravies...right down to the unlimited home made jams! It's one those places you wish you had in your town to eat at frequently and I can tell you we still miss it now that we are back home. Word to the wise, order the chocolate croissant on the side. It is frankly delicious. Finally, to those of you that are eco-friendly, this place does what it can to be environmentally friendly. They don't throw it in your face but you see it in the little things like the take out boxes, stuff like that. The effort is clearly there. Highly recommended.
Fantastically kind staff and really great small-town, at-home feel. The food is delicious - I got a simple biscuit, egg, and vegetarian sausage. The sausage is incredible and tastes almost exactly like real sausage (I wanted to be a little kinder this breakfast). I also got a blueberry Danish, a peach croissant coffee cake, and a cinnamon bun. As a connoisseur of pastries, I think Blue Ridge Biscuit Company could open just a bakery and be successful.
Biscuit itself was moist and flavorful. And if it wasn't obvious, giant.
Absolutely the most amazing breakfast I've EVER had!! Typical breakfast foods, but the biscuits are to die for!! One whole page of open faced biscuits served with a multitude of toppings. I had The Lookout: a huge biscuit open faced with a fried chicken breast, bacon, cheese and sausage gravy. Indescribably phenomenal!! I wish I could give this place more than five stars!!!!!
