On a Fri afternoon at 4:45, while on my way to REI, I saw the little sandwich boar sign which advertised 29 taps, so I turned in and was not disappointed! As soon as I walked in and sat at the bar, Matt cam around and was so friendly and answered all of my beer questions knowledgeably. I had a great experience tasting a couple of different kinds before making my selection for a pour. He was happy to hear his advertising had worked to get me in so I want to help spread the word for folks to stop in, there is something for everyone! One of the taps was Matt's persona brew- it was complex & absolutely delicious dessert beer. I look forward to trying more of his brews in the future!

Excellent bar atmosphere! Very helpful and nice staff, that will walk you through beer choices. Matt the owner is very friendly and personable. Love the Star Wars theme and good sports on TV.

Great selection of beers. I had the one by Fermented Nonsense which is brewed on-site; an excellent beer. I hope they're able to offer more of their own in the future.

They have an excellent selection of beers both local and from around the country. Not only was I able to enjoy Bourbon County on tap when I visited in December but then took home a couple of bottles of The Obscure which had been hard to find! The service was great and the owner was so friendly that I'll always swing by whenever I'm in the WNC area!
