Yum Sushi Burrito & Poke

Fantastic! For the price of two basic sushi rolls at any sushi place, here you get a large bowl where you pick two different proteins (ahi, salmon, etc.), and as many non-protein sides as you can fit. In total, it comes out to about 4 sushi rolls worth of food, and I even had leftovers. On top of the quantity, this is quality food! They prioritize the other choices over the rice, so you don’t just get a bowl of rice with a few toppings. I’ll definitely be coming back here again and again. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the hand rolled ice cream, which also came out great!

We had a poke bowl and ice cream and both were fantastic. The guy making my ice cream was new to the process but kept a positive attitude as he struggled to make it. The owner of the business ended up coming over and helping him. You can tell when employees are well taken care of and everyone in this restaurant was friendly and seemed very happy to be there working. This is by far one of the best food experience we’ve had in Asheville since we moved here a year ago.

Been to Yum Poke on Long Shoals about a half a dozen times. I have never been let down. The fish tastes fresh and delicious. I always find something new I want to put in my bowl. It fills you up but doesn't overfill you. Excellent! The customer service isn't Chik-Fil-A status but friendly enough. :) Great Jobs guy!

Absolutely delicious poke bowls and sushi burritos. Fabulous service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest restaurants in the area, although when it’s super busy the tables wait to be wiped down.
They have rolled ice cream, too. I’ve tried the green tea and Coffee Supreme, both excellent. Highly recommended!

Love this place! Not the cheapest, but if you are really hungry a 2 or 3 protein bowl will fill you right up. Love the spicy salmon, crab, and toppings!
If you like sushi or Asian food in general, this is a great place to try new combinations.
