    Love this place and their great customer service. Been there at least 4-5 times in last 2 months and never a bad experience. Very relaxed vibes and all the drink options are great. Try their afagato (coffee with ice cream).

    First time here and really enjoyed it. Best latte I have had. Our girls enjoyed their ice cream. Zoie was great and explained everything to us. Will be back!

    Great new independent coffee and ice cream shop near Concord Mills Mall. Clean, smart decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor seating available. Breakfast and lunch foods, including some tasty looking soups are on the menu.

    Coffee was good and the cookies we ordered were amazing. Employees who served us were excellent as well. Just wish their game/meeting room was a little more private. I was thinking about maybe utilizing it for something in the future, but it's much too open and right next to the kids play area.

    Really enjoyed the seating and atmosphere of this establishment. Very bright and inviting. The coffee I chose to try (this was my first time) was extremely satisfying and made for an overall wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend.

    The only negative I had (this is only for me) is I can't do dairy so was glad they offer alternatives like almond and coconut milk, but the cost of the alternative is expensive in my view.

    Thus, the cost of a cup of coffee goes from a great price (less than Starbucks) to that of Starbucks. Again, this is my issue and I will be going back to this location for all the above positive reasons.

    Give them a try. I don't think you will regret the flavor and experience.
