    Always extremely hot coffee and a bit strong if you ask me, but a good place to get it.

    The cashier tries to tell you how to wear your mask and if its not on your nose correctly they want take your order

    Friendly and hard working staff even with seeming short staffed. Barista was great at updating customers waiting as to which drinks she was working on. Everything I ordered was delicious!

    Concord Mills. Saturday. Line was out the door and I debated leaving upon arrival but thought I'd be patient. The line moved rather quickly and the Starbucks team was ticking along like a well oiled machine. Each of them that interacted with me were very friendly. Good staff for a Saturday Starbucks!
