“The customer service has been exceptional repeatedly. My parents were visitng from out of town and we went in to buy a dozen donuts. My mom also wanted to try a little mini donut popper but they weren't available for sale individually. She didn't want to buy a whole bag, so she passed on them. However, at checkout, the woman helping us handed us a small bag of those donut poppers on the house. It was a small gesture that really impressed.”

“This is the first time I went to this location and everything looked great. Madison was very knowledgeable and helpful as I wanted to get a day cleanse pack at the last minute and she had to do a quick mix on one of the juices for me which was great. I had to drop a star off my rating because I had a $100 bill and they said they could not take that and just stood there and stared at me. I was buying $60 worth of product which would have been $40 change. I would put this in a customer service category. A common sense issue as well. If I come in to buy a 5-day cleanse pack and walk in with $100 bills for THAT, would they deny my cash? They were willing to stand their ground on this rule they said the boss (owner) had laid out and not make the sale. A response from owner isn't necessary unless it is something other than the canned responses given to most all of the other reviews. If my cash situation is against the rules for the store and it is inconvenient for me to come up with something else at the time (ATM etc) it's a lost sale. The cleanse pack is much needed and so far delicious.”

“It seems like most of the bad reviews on here are due to wait times. I went Monday morning around 10am and there was no wait. We had a great server named Taylor who had really good menu recommendations (our first time here so we didn’t know what to get). I had the traditional breakfast and have no complaints. My boyfriend really enjoyed the ricotta pancakes that was topped with strawberries and some type of lemon spread. Large portions of food so make sure to come hungry! The only thing I didn’t love was the cold brew coffee. Just not strong enough in my opinion. Pretty on par with other restaurants coffee but I usually drink a dark brew that brews for 24 hours in a French press. Final thoughts: definitely your best breakfast option on concord mills. Priced at about $10 a plate but the portions are big. The menu was really diverse so there is something for everyone. This will probably be my go to as Maple street is good but a little over priced and Toast just is not good to me.”

“Great rotating craft beer selection on tap, so there is always a new beer to try! Amazing food that goes beyond the usual bar food pairings. Friendly staff and great events every week! They have a great environment with a variety of seating options and you can buy bottles and cans there as well!”
