“I visited this Subway today as it is my normal Subway that I visit several times a month. I typically get the really nice lady who works in the morning (she's an African American woman) or the two younger boys. They are always delightful and friendly. I was surprised today by the two woman working. They were frazzled and seemed in a rush and very dismissive. They were only accepting cash at the time, which was fine, but were very loud and short about it with customers. When it came time for my sub to be made and I had to stop the sandwich maker from adding a sauce I did not request and she also had to be reminded to add the other veggies she hadn't yet. She just, wasn't listening. I was saddened by this trip and will now only return when the other three employees are there. I managed a Subway myself in Jacksonville, NC so I know all about the business and really feel these two particular employees could use further customer service training. Otherwise my sandwich was delicious!”

“Cabarrus Brewing is a nice place. I love the family friendly environment, the food trucks are on point, and it’s got plenty of parking. You can sit inside or outdoors if you want. They have several televisions if you like sporting events. My favorite beer is the Vanilla Coffee Blonde. As a person who usually isn’t a fan of breweries, I will say that this one beer made all of the difference. They have a great selection and the people I usually come here with love various types of beers and are always raving. If you haven’t yet, Cabarrus Brewing is a must visit.”

We had wondered why they had such a good price on them and we soon found out. But the food was worth the four star rating. Will know the next time not to order the Crab Rangoon. My last delivery driver thanked me for the tip I left on my debit card at checkout. Pretty rare that a delivery driver actually thanks you for a tip.”

“Sorry BK, but this location is now a hit or miss with the quality & wait time for the food. The coke icee machine is ALWAYS broken, and the dining area soda machine is always out of ice. When they start getting the evening dinner rush, quality takes a back seat. Seems like just getting the customers out of the building is their main concern, no matter how their food is prepared or even if the customer is shorted. If they would just slow things down a little bit and choose 1 person to be in control vs everyone running all around like a chicken with it's head cut off. The place is VERY chaotic, I almost asked the staff if they needed my help. Please get control of this restaurant or face loosing more customers.”

“I had such a wonderful experience here tonight! I've been to this location multiple times and always received good service but tonight was by far the best. The gentleman and younger girl on tonight did such a wonderful job on my sandwich and my boyfriend's wrap and gave us such warm and welcoming conversation and banter. I felt like I was back home in NY at the local sandwich shop. This will be the only Subway I'll be coming to!”

“I used to visit their location in Pineville until they relocated in Concord. The food is always good and fresh. Never greasy. I always order off the menu. I have never tried the buffet except for the free salad you get on your visit. Staff and owner is very friendly. Always my top choice for a Friday night fish dinner. Stopped in with a group of 11 without reservation. Were sat right down and service was quick an attentive. The buffet on this Wed night was hot, fresh and always full.”

“I took my daughter there for dinner, to support her school dining night. The food was very good but our server did not display good customer service. My daughter and I placed the order, waited and my food came but hers did not. When I asked where it was, she said we didn't order it. Instead of being polite and saying I'm sorry for any confusion or misunderstanding, she was snappy and gave rude facial expressions. She put the order in for my daughter and brought it out. My daughter had to go to the restroom, so I told the manager that we would be back, we were taking a potty break. While in the bathroom, the waitress came to see if we were there or had left. It upsets me to be treated this way. Maybe there was some confusion on my part, and I'm sorry if it was, but being snappy wasn't the respectful way to handle it.”
