“I typically have a pleasant experience whenever I come here. The staff is friendly and typically easy to catch, and the food is always fast -- even when it's busy. The seating area is kept clean, which is definitely key. I hardly ever go through the drive through or sit in my car when I visit here, I prefer to eat outside on the benches. The bathrooms are kept pretty cold, but they're relatively clean considering both staff and outside guests use them. I primarily visit during Family Night, especially during the spring and summer. Nothing's better than a 1/2 priced cheeseburger and 1/2 priced milkshake on a warm summer night!”

“It was our 1st time ordering the cheesy crust pizza and it was awesome. The dough was really delicious and it was oozing with gooey cheese, ????! I went with my 2 kids, a friend, and her teen daughter around 4pm on a Saturday. My friend said that she wasn't going to have any pizza, but once she saw the cheesy crust, she could not resist, and I don't blame her because it was great! The young man that tended to us was really nice and polite; always smiling. As far as the restroom was concerned, well it seems that someone with dry, muddy shoes came in. Residue from the shoes was in the stalls and near the sink. There was also a lot of paper towels all over the floor near the sink that was right next to the garbage bin, (some people just don't know how a garbage bin works). I just picked them up and tossed in the garbage bin. It gave the restroom a dirty appearance, even though it was not. As for the dining and buffet areas, everything looked neat and clean. Also, there was no weird or stale odor when you come into the restaurant. Yes, I will eat there again.”

“I usually eat here a couple of times a year when I'm in the area and I don't recall ever having a bad experience. My daughter and I ate there for lunch yesterday. We ordered separately, but our main courses were catfish, baby shrimp, and fried oysters all of which were delicious including the sides. The prices and portions were really good too. The waitress was very nice, checked on us often (but not too much to bother us), and remembered us from before even though it had been several months since we had been there. Great place to go if you're wanting seafood and friendly service at great prices.”

“I’m a little skeptical about ordering from food trucks, but I was pleasantly surprised. I tried the chili cheeseburger. The chilli was made from scratch instead of from a can. The burger was real beef. I thought it was a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. I can’t wait to try it again. My friend ordered the lemon pepper wings and he said they were delicious!”

“Unfortunately our meal took 25 minutes before it came out. The food was hot and delicious. My husband had ribs, grilled chicken and fries. My sister had sirloin, ribs and grilled asparagus. And I had a salad, rib eye and sweet potato. Our server, Francis was very nice and stopped by our table a number of times to make sure everything was alright. We called the manager over to express our disappointment with the delay of the meal and she was very apologetic. She did take something off our bill for the inconvenience. Will continue to go to Outback. Just hope this doesn't happen again.”

“great place to go every once in a while. Pros: The staff is very friendly and they do really seem like they want to ensure you have a good visit. The food is really good, the serving sizes are great. Cons: The prices are ridiculous. I ordered a wing meal and a burger meal and it was $30for two people. For a family of four you would potentially spend $60- that’s just insane for what is just decent fast food. The wait times are always pretty long- 25 minutes for our two meals. Not a quick stop at all. The serving sizes don’t seem to fit their dishes well. My side salad was crammed into a plastic Togo box and when I opened it it’s speang out everywhere.”

“I'm going to admit it. I grew up in arcades. I spent most of my days in them. With that being said me and my 12 year old son had an absolute blast in this place. He didn't think he would. I mean with phones and home consoles I couldn't blame him. But oh boy did he have fun. Now I'm going to say this. The price to play games is way too expensive. The dollar to "Chip/credit" ratio is just unaffordable for some I believe. We didn't eat there we just played games and we spent $60 on games. That's too much. But that aside we had a great time.”

Neapolitan style pizza all the way with great char on the crust, if you are looking for Domino's or Pizza hut style pizza you won't find it here and you get what you pay for. I tried a pepperoni and added salami to it, and the salami was the best I've had on a pizza not your typical deli salami”

“My daughter and I were driving near Concord Mills Mall and saw the Freddy's and decided we needed to give them a try. We will most certainly be coming back. The Hot Dogs are reminiscent of the Hot Dogs I used to get as a kid at the Howard Johnson's, served in a grilled bun. My daughter had the Patty Melt and it was served in grilled Rye Bread. The fries are shoestring style and were hot and crisp, and the onion rings were hot, fresh, crispy, light and not greasy. Then came the frozen custard. We both got the chocolate...smooth, creamy, amazing. Add to that the fact that the service was fast and all the employees were extremely friendly, and this adds up to a great place to come when you want this type of food.”

The coffee I chose to try (this was my first time) was extremely satisfying and made for an overall wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend. The only negative I had (this is only for me) is I can't do dairy so was glad they offer alternatives like almond and coconut milk, but the cost of the alternative is expensive in my view. Thus, the cost of a cup of coffee goes from a great price (less than Starbucks) to that of Starbucks. Again, this is my issue and I will be going back to this location for all the above positive reasons. Give them a try. I don't think you will regret the flavor and experience.”

“Only had a couple bad experiences - delivery took over an hour, completely wrong order, missing items - but we've ordered from them religiously for over a year and the good outweighs the bad and the bad can mostly be chalked up to short staff or training issues. Just a tip - order online instead of calling - calling tends to lead to mess ups if you get someone who needs more training. It's only happened to us twice but the manager was quick to address it.”
