Second time we've been and it does not disappoint. Good cocktails, great pizzas and a fun and lovely atmosphere. The servers and hostess are excellent, a fun place to come.
We hit a homerun when we tried this place. I want to go back over and over and over again because there were so many different and unique items I wanted to try. The food we had was excellent and the view of the ocean if we wanted to sit outside it was gorgeous.
Black Sheep is delicious. My wife and I always enjoy date night there. Appetizers are tasty, and the pizzas are fantastic. Thin crust pies made in a brick oven? Yes please. The bartender knows his way around all sorts of classic cocktails, and my wife in consistently thrilled with the deserts. Servers are always attentive. Highly recommended.
I'd give 4 for the pizzas. So to begin, the good things: Stick with those pizzas and the beer- it is totally reasonably priced. Our server was kind and thoughtful. Also- the view. Sitting outside you are on the water and with a nice breeze. It's lovely!
However I feel like I need to rate the whole thing and that means I need to include that many items (beets and the shrimp salad ) had a vinaigrette that majored on the vinegar (to the point of not being able to taste much else, and a burning sensation inside), the Mac n cheese had not much flavor (even with an abundance of cheese) the Sandwiches (St Joe) also just bland or blah.
The brick oven pizza is to die for! If you sit at the bar you will have a view of the water. They also have outside seating and paid town parking. Staff is always so helpful and nice. Not too pricy either. Great food!
