I know that biscuits are to be thrown out if not sold within a certain amount of time, etc. I also know those limits within any quick service environment are pushed. But I do not want hard, crusty boberrys!! And that is what I received on this trip. I was deeply disappointed. The servers were courteous and my wait time in the drive thru was not long at all. My order was what I wanted and my other food was good. They just messed up my "sweet tooth." Hope that was a fluke.”

The loaded baked potato hit the spot, and the steak was pretty good, but didn't have as much flavor as other steakhouses I've been to. The inside looks new or freshly remodeled. I've heard this used to be the Texas Steakhouse and it turned into a Sagebrush. I'd probably come here again.”

We were waiting for the apps, waiting for food, waiting for checks, fixing the checks, fixing the check AGAIN. And multiple waitresses waiting on our group but my drink stayed empty having to ask multiple times for refills. The food was terrific but the hospitality needs major work.”

From Charleston, they have nothing on this place and the price was reasonable. Will eat here every time I visit Harker's Island. Did not expect this given the looks of the place from the outside and the name. Delightful.”
